Stock and price check – as easy as it used to be!
Log on to our website with your trade login, head for the Virtual Warehouse link, click the ‘Stock & Price Check Option’ and you’re away – no entering two lots of details, it’s quicker and easier all-round.
Many customers will be aware that for the last 2 to 3 months, account holders have been required to log in twice to access our stock & price check system following an update from our IT supplier which was brought about after they experienced issues with several wholesalers using their system.
Cambrian Tyres work hard to protect our customers by ensuring that any trade sensitive information is kept hidden from the public, which is why we ‘lock’ a number of features inside our secure trade area – including access to our stock and price check system. This double login was the most secure short term solution until available to us until our IT provider developed a way to log customers in automatically by clicking on a link inside our trade area.
We understand that these changes have meant that access to this system has not been simple or efficient as it should be, and have been pushing for a new update which makes logging in as easy as it used to be, ever since these changes were sprung upon us. These updates have now been tested and released.
