The weather wasn’t actually that bad at the Ladies British Arena Trials Championship at the Seymour’s Arena in Oxfordshire last weekend, with reigning British Champion Emma Bristow looking to continue her excellent form after her recent World Trials win in Belgium.
Emma needn’t have worried, as she dominated the rest of the field on her Michelin Trials Comp shod MRS Sherco to retain her title in front of an enthusiastic crowd.
Following her resounding win Bristow said:
“Two qualifying laps were completed and I went straight into the final along with three more of my fellow competitors”.
“I felt good on the machine all day putting the final result never in doubt with some consistent riding over the testing hazards”.
“The MRS Sherco is performing well and I will now focus on the British Championship round at the weekend. Before I close I would like to thank the team and all its associated sponsors and the fans that came to cheer me on – Thank you”.
