Last weekend saw 3 members of the Park lane IDS KTM team take part in Round 2 of the AMCA Superclass Championship at Long lane riding on Michelin tyres.
The weekend’s combined capacity races meant that the team’s MX2 rider Carl Benjamin needed to get the best possible start. In the first race of the weekend Carl finished in a solid 5th place, and followed that up with a 3rd place in race two. Rider Carl is really getting to grips with the new bike this year, showing fellow competitors that he is going to be one of the favourites in the MX2 class.
Team rider Scott showed great speed and skill to collect two 6th placed finishes before a mechanical failure dropped him to 20th position in his final outing.
Finally Park Lane IDS KTM team rider Brandon took 16th, 13th and 12th place in his three races from the middle of the pack after suffering with his starts on the new bike.
The final round sees the team head to the rough and demanding Bromsberrow circuit this Sunday.
