As the sole UK 2-wheel importer for the brand, Cambrian Tyres are pleased to announce the arrival of the very first stocks of our new-to-range Washougal II junior motocross tyres from Kenda.
A versatile intermediate-hard option for motocross and enduro, the Washougal II is already a popular option for adult riders, and this latest range expansion allows us to offer the same proven, race winning levels of performance to younger racers too.
The tyre is now available in sizes for 65cc and SW85 machines, with BW85 sizes to follow later this year.
The optimal block placement and new tread design ensure maximum performance on a wider range of terrain, while the harder centre compound on the rear tyre delivers excellent durability. Meanwhile, the softer shoulder compound used on the rear tyre delivers maximum traction and increased levels of cornering stability, ideal for helping to build the confidence of younger riders.
The Washougal II will sit alongside the top selling Millville II soft-intermediate tyre in our ever growing Kenda junior motocross range.
With such a comprehensive junior offering, it’s also worth highlighting that Kenda also offer their Weston-winning Sand Mad paddle tyre in 90/100-16 for BW85 machines, along with the super soft Ibex rear in the same size for younger riders who take their hard enduro seriously!
