After a long and challenging season, Spanish Gas Gas Trial Factory Team rider Arnau Farré has been crowned the European Trial Championship winner for 2017.
The Dunlop supported teen has been in excellent form this year, and all but sealed the title at Bilstain in Belgium, although he still had to finish off the job at Lazzata in Italy last month.
Farré was trained in the Gas Gas School of Champions after being spotted by staff within Gas Gas, and this season has found himself riding the Spanish brand’s new TXT 300 Racing machine which has been fitted with Dunlop’s D803 GP street legal trials tyres.
Dunlop’s D803 GP features an optimised profile for maximum adhesion even on the most difficult of obstacles, and any slides are said to be predictable and easy to bring under control.
Being street legal, the Dunlop was also selected by Honda for fitment to their Montesa 4Ride trials/enduro hybrid which was released in the UK last year.
