This is an important notice for all Cambrian Tyres trade account holders.
Following on from the fault that we experienced with our phone system last week, we will be having another visit from a BT engineer tomorrow to perform an essential software upgrade.
The upgrade is due to start at 8:30am on Wednesday 31st July, and is expected to take around 1 hour to complete.
Unfortunately during this time, our phone lines will not be operational, although we have requested that the work takes place in the morning to minimise any potential disruption to customers.
If you need any assistance or would like to place an order while the work is taking place, please email mcsales@cambriantyres.co.uk quoting your account number, or your business name and postcode so we can locate your account on our system.
Orders can also be placed via our online ordering service, which is now open to all customers. If you don’t have access to this at present, or need a reminder of your details, please don’t hesitate to contact us and we’ll be happy to help.
