Curtis-Stevens Wins At Plymouth

DSC Cornwall Kawasaki Plymouth City Moto Parc

Bridgestone supported DSC Cornwall Kawasaki had two riders in action this weekend for the 6th round of the Premier MX series at Plymouth City Moto Parc.

The in-form Jake Curtis-Stevens has been one to watch this season, riding one of the team’s KX250F machines in the Junior A class.

Jake had a great weekend on the Battlecross shod Kawasaki, winning both Moto 1 & Moto 2 to take the outright win. Unfortunately the third Moto was cancelled due to heavy rain which created mud bath like conditions by the end of the day.

Riding the team’s snarling KX450, Luke Sturgeon also had a very positive weekend despite not quite making it onto the podium. Luke certainly had the pace to trouble the top three riders, but some bad luck saw him get caught up with some on-track incidents and led to him coming away with a 4th and 6th placed finish.
