Ramping up their involvement in the UK motocross scene from next year, Bridgestone have just announced a 2-year sponsorship deal with the British Masters from 2018.
The series will be known as the Bridgestone British Masters Motocross Championship, and comes off the back of a successful 4 years working with the BSMA National Series.
The Bridgestone British Masters Motocross Championship will see some on this country’s finest talents lining up at various high profile tracks around the the UK, and gives the manufacturer a great opportunity to push the increasingly popular Battlecross range:
- Battlecross X10 – Mud & Sand
- Battlecross X20 – Soft to Medium
- Battlecross X30 – Medium
- Battlecross X40 – Medium to Hard
Bridgestone’s sales and training development manager Mark Fereday said:

The Bridgestone British Masters Motocross Championship will feature weekend racing for the Junior 65cc, Small Wheels (85cc), Big Wheels (85cc), MXY2 Youth, 125cc, Clubman Open, Amateur MX1, Amateur MX2 and MX1 and MX2 Pro Class categories racing on the Sundays.

The Bridgestone British Masters Motocross Championship will encompass six rounds, with the first race weekend taking place at Hawkstone Park in Shropshire.
