In an extensive test of the service quality of eight motorcycle tyre manufacturers from around the world, “Motorrad” magazine has placed Continental at the top of the pile.
In the magazines January 2014 issue, the editors of the trade journal scrutinised a number of service aspects including:
- Overall service quality
- Responsiveness to enquiries
- Quality of available information
The magazine rated the service from Continental as “Very Good” with the company scoring 94 points out of possible 100 during the tests.
Continental also scored highly for the personalised advice they offer with the magazine editors commenting:
“All written inquiries are not only dealt with in record time but also responded to in a highly detailed and extremely personalized manner. The Conti technicians showed themselves to be just as committed when providing advice over the phone”
