New year, new bike… or at least that’s the case for ex-GP star Tommy Searle!
Now riding for Dave Thorpe’s Crendon Fastrack Honda Racing outfit, the reigning MX Nationals MX1 Pro champion is all set to defend his title in 2021 as well as mount an assault on the ACU British Motocross Championship, and he’s recently been testing the brand new Honda CRF450 in his first ever YouTube vlog.
With the bike unloaded from Tommy’s Bridgestone branded Toyota Hilux pick-up, he gets to work on set up to take it from stock bike to race weapon, with partners including K-Tech suspension on stand by to make some adjustments.
Just as he did in 2020, Tommy will once again be racing on Bridgestone motocross tyres and using his preferred M59 front tyre with a selection of Battlecross rear options covering anything from sand to hard pack.
