Ride the unexpected – that’s the mantra behind Metzeler’s brand new hypersport tyre, the Sportec M9RR.
This new hoop supersedes the already exceptional M7RR at the top of their hypersport tyre range, and boasts even better performance across a range of road conditions, both wet and dry!
Metzeler claim to have upped their game in the handling stakes once again, thanks to the use of an innovative chord technology in the construction of the tyre. This tech gives the rubber a larger space for dynamically perform, for quick and predictable response to riding inputs.
A 100% silica compound on both front and rear, using an innovative mixing process of ultra-fine particles, offers faster warm up times and better wet grip, boosted by improved drainage from the revised tread.
Mid-lean tread grooves also maximise cornering grip while delivering excellent feedback through the bars, while slick shoulders enhance confidence at full lean.

Sportec M9RR
Ideal for fast road and occasional track day use, this latest hypersport tyre from Metzeler also uses a dual-compound construction on BOTH front and rear.
The range will cover a wide range of nakeds, supersports, superbikes and even selected adventure motorcycles including the latest R1250GS from BMW.
