With the 2-Stroke scene going from strength-to-strength in recent years, French tyre manufacturer Michelin have joined forces with Apico as a partner to their popular 2-Stroke Festival for 2019.
The festival kicks off next month, with a two day event at Marshfield in Wiltshire on 25th and 26th May.
This will be followed by a second round at Ironworks in Middlebrough on 3rd and 4th August, with the series wrapping things up at Sellindge in Kent on 21st and 22nd September.
Open to riders of all ages, and with a multitude of classes, the Apico 2-Stroke Festival is living proof that the scene is very much alive and week in the UK.
Festival organiser Dave Willet said:
“It’s so satisfying to have Michelin involved with the series. We currently have a lot of amazing brands attached to the festival and now with Michelin’s involvement, it strengthens the series which in return will benefit our grass roots riders.”

The Michelin Starcross 5 range is hugely popular in the UK, and is used by some top names in the sport including the RFX KTM team and top British rider Shaun Simpson.
The complete range is available from Cambrian to the UK trade, and you can check it out here.
