Last weekend, Plymouth based MX rider Josh Taylor made the long trip to the West Midland to join the Hereford club for the first time at Bromyard.
Josh is one of a number of riders to benefit this season from our Bridgestone tyre support programme, in conjunction with Cambrian customer and long-time sponsor Dirt Wheelz UK.
He’s been steadily building up his speeds this season, and in this weekend’s MX2 class his patience and hard work finally paid off as he went 2-1 for the overall victory, his first on Bridgestone’s increasingly popular Battlecross tyres.
Another rider taking part in the programme this year is young Ieuan Harris, who was in action at Brookthorpe for the latest round of the BSMA Nationals, where he had a string of consistent performance to take 5th overall in MX2.
Some of Bridgestone’s sponsored riders were also racing at the weekend, with Josh Gilbert coming away with 2nd in the MX2 class at the British Championships, while Josh Waterman took an MX2 race victory with IMBA before a nasty crash in race two.
