FIM Approved MaxxEnduro Reviewed

Maxxis MaxxEnduro ReviewThe MaxxEnduro from Maxxis is a street legal enduro tyre designed to provide a rider with accurate steering, even when riding aggressively in the thick mud often found in the UK. Although being street legal, the tyre is also FIM approved which means that competition riders won’t be turned away when their bike is put under some pretty close scrutiny prior to the race.

In their August 2014 edition MotoX, the UK’s biggest selling motocross magazine put them to the test when resident rider Julian Challis fitted some to his bike as he prepared to tackle the two day Welsh Enduro, and this is what he had to say:

“The Maxxis tyres were great for the whole event, only rounding off slightly after two punishing 160-mile laps. The Welsh has everything from flat-out fire roads to monster climbs and descents on rock steps and motocross-style special tests. The tyres hooked up well on every surface – I never had to worry about grip even on the really tricky stuff.”

This year we have expanded our range of Maxxis to include a number of new to Cambrian products like the MaxxEnduro and MaxxCross PRO covering a number of different terrain types. Check out our latest trade range of Off-Road Competition (Non-MX) and Motocross tyres from Maxxis.
