Last weekend saw DSC Cornwall Kawasaki’s Jake Curtis-Stevens in action once again as he headed to the Newquay Motoparc, close to the popular Cornish holiday town.
Following some fantastic results earlier this season and the recent departure of teammate Tommy Alba, Jake was entered into the Expert class at the event which was hosted by South West Off Road Motocross.
A front runner from the word go, Redruth based rider Jake won all three of his races on the Bridgestone Battlecross shod Kawasaki, showing the rest of the field a clean pair of heels as he absolutely dominated proceedings.
This is the second consecutive season in which DSC Cornwall Kawasaki have used Bridgestone’s range of Battlecross tyres, which has just been expanded for 2017.
The range now includes:
- Battlecross X10 – Mud & Sand
- Battlecross X20 – Soft to Medium
- Battlecross X30 – Medium
- Battlecross X40 – Medium to Hard
