This January, German motorcycle tyre brand Metzeler headed up the Verona Conference on Customisation at the Palazzo della Gran Guardia.
With a strong presence in the custom and cruiser market, this event gave Metzeler an ideal opportunity to get amongst custom fans and designers.
The event focused on the importance of customisation and design in motorcycling, something which has become increasingly popular in recent years as the market sees a growth in one off bike builds.
Speakers at the conference included:
- Ray Drea (Chief Stylist – Harley-Davidson)
- Cory & Zach Ness (President & Designer – Arlen Ness)
- Giuseppe Roncen (Editor – LowRide Magazine)
- Piero Misani (Director of R&D – Metzeler)
Also present was the renowned American motorcycle photographer Michael Lichter, who was commissioned to produce the 2015 Metzeler calendar.
