Already a familiar name on the continent, the Anlas tyre brand hasn’t had much exposure in the UK, until now!
As of November 2016, Cambrian Tyres are pleased to announce that they have started to import a wide range of tyres from the European based manufacturer, who just like Cambrian, specialise heavily in the 2-wheel market.
As well as producing tyres under their own brand name, Anlas have also produced tyres for another highly regarded brand, so although riders may not recognise the name, it’s possible that they have unwittingly used an Anlas manufactured tyre already.
The current range includes options for:
- Commuters and urban motorcycles
- Lightweight bikes
- Classic machines
- Large adventure motorcycles
- Scooters and mopeds
The Anlas range promises to offer riders excellent quality and value for money from a well-established European based brand with over 40 years of manufacturing experience.
Key offerings include the Capra R and Capra X adventure tyres, which come in sizes to fit many of the major big ADV bikes, the former being a more road-biased tyre, and the latter an aggressive 50/50 knobbly tyre which can tackle even the most extreme of terrain types.
Also of interest to many will be the Winter Grip 2 scooter tyre, which offers fantastic performance in all weather conditions, and holds a Mud & Snow rating, which is particularly relevant in countries where only approved winter tyres can be used during colder months.
