If you’re heading to the Winstanley MX circuit in Wigan next month, then you’re likely to be seeing quite a few Bridgestone logos placed around the circuit.
The Japanese tyre manufacturer has this week announced that it will be the major sponsor for the next event organised by Vale Motocross Club, which takes place at Winstanley on 12th and 13th of August.
With coverage of the event to be broadcast on Sky TV channel 468, it provides Bridgestone with a great opportunity to show off their latest range of Battlecross tyres:
- Battlecross X10 – Sand & Mud
- Battlecross X20 – Soft to Medium
- Battlecross X30 – Medium
- Battlecross X40 – Medium to Hard

Mark Fereday at Bridgestone UK commented:
“We at Bridgestone are delighted to be supporting this event which is being run by the very professional Vale MXC, and having been shown the plans by Will, I know it’s going to be a superb race weekend! It’s always great to have the opportunity to not only support the up and coming talent in the UK, but to contribute to everyone having a great time and enjoying themselves!”
If you’re planning on racing at the event, or anywhere else in the UK for that matter, how would you like Bridgestone to pay your next race entry fee?
Until 31st August 2017, Bridgestone will be giving all riders four free tubes and a £40 cheque or GoRace voucher when they buy any four junior or adult Bridgestone motocross tyres from their local participating dealer.
You can find your nearest dealer at www.bridgestonemx.co.uk along with terms and conditions.
It’s not too late for dealers to get on board for this offer, and anyone interested should contact Cambrian Tyres as the official UK trade distributor for further information and to register. There is no requirement to hold stock for the offer, although incentives are available!
