If you were lucky enough to be in London for the MCN show last weekend, you may well have noticed in these two British built customs!
The Gemini Naked and Gemini Indianapolis are both the creation of Associated British Motorcycles, who aim to bridge the gap between a bike manufacturer and custom bike builder.
Based on the Triumph Street Triple 1050, only 50 of each are going to be built, with buyers able to take the customisation a step further by switching the finishing kit or swapping suspension.
The Gemini Naked includes carbon fibre bodywork, Dymag carbon wheels and fully adjustable Maxton rear shock. The wheels are also fitted with British made 3D Ultra Sport hoops. Produced by Avon, this hypersport tyre uses their unique 3D Sipe Technology which promotes fast warm up times, limits tread flex and helps bolster wet weather performance.
And if the naked doesn’t take your fancy, then how about this…
Again based on a Street Triple 1050, the Gemini Indianapolis has more of a flat track look to it.
The Kineo tubeless wheels are again fitted with rubber from British brand Avon – in this case their popular TrailRider adventure tyre.
The TrailRider is usually used on predominantly road-going adventure motorcycles, with its chunky looks suiting the style of the bike – and we think you’d agree, they look good in the Indianapolis too!
Both bikes attracted a lot of attention at the show, and we can’t wait to see what else ABM have in store!
