After being chosen by Brammo as the original equipment provider for their electro-sport Empulse motorcycle, Continental have now been chosen as the OE provider for the Zero DS.
The Brammo model will be equipped with ContiSportAttack 2 as it rolls off the production line in 2014, and the new Zero will be fitted with the ContiEscape.
Thanks to the choice of the ContiEscape, the Zero DS gets to show off its full potential as both a motorcycle and a concept.
The ContiEscape provides reliable grip on all kinds of road surfaces, irregardless of the weather conditions thanks to it’s off-road oriented tread pattern, which also gives good traction on loose ground. It also provides excellent mileage.
This niche motorcycle market could well end up being the next big thing of the future, and it is testament to the quality of the Continental product that two of the market pioneers have chosen their tyres for some of their top models.
