All Michelin Podium As Jarvis Wins Sea To Sky 2020

After four days of seriously hard racing, Graham Jarvis has once again proved that age is no barrier as he topped an all-Michelin podium at Sea To Sky 2020 in Turkey.

Heading into the final day with the seriously tough Mountain Race, Graham was around 4 minutes down on race leader and fellow Michelin rider Billy Bolt.

However, both Billy and Mario Roman ended up going off-course as they followed some old course markings, giving G Force the opportunity he needed to leapfrog the pair and claim his sixth career win at the event.

Wade young was second over the line at the top of the formidable Olympos mountain, which saw him secure second place overall, just as he did in 2019.

Bolt had led for much of the four days after topping the beac, forest and sky races on days 1 to 3, and was looking to be on course for the overall win on the final day before making the error. By the time he realised his mistake, he’d lost too much time to claw his way back to the top spot and had to settle for third on the podium.

After the race, an elated Jarvis commented:

“It was a great race today and I was lucky if I’m honest, especially after damaging the bike earlier in the event. I went into the Mountain Race about four minutes down on Billy and as all the top guys ended up riding together, I thought there was no chance for me today. Billy took a wrong turn and I managed to get out in front and for that last 20 minutes.”
