The Angel GT II is Pirelli’s brand new sport touring tyre.
Launched in 2013, the original Angel GT has now become a second line tyre, while the Angel GT II, with it’s intermediate-race-tyre-esque tread pattern, take over at the top of the tree.
The team from Motorcycle News have recently been out testing these new hoops in Siciliy, where they’ve been greeted by the kind of wet, chilly weather we’ve been having at home this month too.
It may not have been ideal riding weather, but they’ve certainly experienced the right kind of conditions to test an all-weather sport touring tyre, and all the manufacturer claims that usually come with it.
