Our exclusive Anlas range first came to the UK in November 2016, and it’s becoming increasingly popular.
The Turkish 2-wheel specialists produce a range of motorcycle and scooter tyres, including winter options.
Today we’ve taken delivery of our final container of the year from Anlas, which includes a number of new to UK additions to the range.
For the hardcore enduro rider, Anlas have brought out their brand new road-legal Capra EXT – as used by Mark Kinnard, the winner of this year’s Gibraltar Race. The race covered more than 8,000 kilometres off-road from Burgas on the Black Sea, all the way to Gibraltar.
Sticking with big bikes the Capra RD, which is aimed at road going adventure style motorcycles, is now available in a 180/55 ZR17 rear which opens up a wide range of possible new fitments. The increasingly popular Capra X knobbly tyre is also now available in a 130/80 B17, again expanding the number of available fitments considerably.
Six sizes of the successful Tournee scooter tyre, which beat Michelin’s City Grip and Dunlop’s ScootSmart in a leading independent magazine test, have also been added to the range. Radial options are available for larger and more powerful maxi scooters.
The Anlas Winter Grip 2 and Tournee both sold out in 3.50-10 earlier this year, and further stocks have now arrived due to the high level of demand.
