Big news, we’re moving towards offering online ordering to ALL* our motorcycle trade account holders!
Firstly, don’t panic – our sales team will still be available as always, so if you’d rather call us and don’t want to place your orders online, you don’t have to!
We simply want to make it easier for our customers to check stock levels and the very latest trade price in this ever changing market, and this move will make it quicker and easier.
If you still want to phone the order through and speak to a real person, or simply ask a technical question, then feel free as it’s what we are here for.
So what happens next…
If you’re not already using our online ordering service, and placed an order with us in 2018, then we’ve already been working to get you set up, and we’ll be in touch with your details in the coming weeks by email.
You’ll receive a username, password and the web address for our online ordering website, so please make a note of them when they arrive in your inbox.
This service will then replace our current ‘Trade Area’ login, and our public facing website will then be re-designed over the Autumn-Winter period as a place for industry news, reviews and range information.
And yes, we’ll still keep producing the annual printed catalogue…
Why haven’t I had my online ordering details yet…
As mentioned above, if you have placed an order with us in 2018, you will automatically be set up with online ordering and we will be in touch in the coming weeks with your details.
If you don’t receive the email, or didn’t order from us in 2018, please contact our sales line and ask to speak to Rich who will be more than happy to set this up for you. New trade accounts will be provided with the service as standard.
