FR64
In conjunction with our super dooper VR46 limited edition BT016 Pro merchandise offer, we’re thinking of setting up a new line of biker/rocker merchandise thanks to an excellent suggestion from Dave who was inspired by the constant playing of the current Satus Quo single.
He’s been around for ages, he’s a hero to many an old biker for many reasons, seems pretty impossible to kill off and keeps on rocking all over the world.
We are of course talking about Francis Rossi, or FR64 as he will for ever now be called in the purchase office (pity he’s not quite 64 yet, but it would not work otherwise).
Many riders of course think their talents are nearly as good as those of Mr Rossi (Valentino) and it’s quite common to hear members of the sales staff say "Unless he’s as good a rider as Valentino…" so when Dave said to a customer "Unless he’s as good a rider as Francis Rossi…." It took us a few minutes to wipe the tears away.
Anyway, Dave and Francis or FR64 as he is now known, we salute you both.
It's easy to see how the two can be confused.
